1 Heart 1 Tree is an art project that will transform the Eiffel Tower into a forest of heartbeat-powered trees. For every virtual tree, a real tree will be planted in a reforestation programs on 5 continents.
Everyone can create their own tree! In the application, you just have to put you finger on your phone’s camera: your heartbeat will be recorded and will give birth to your virtual tree. And since each heartbeat is unique, each tree will be totally unique.
You will receive a rendez-vous with your tree and see it grow live on the Eiffel Tower, to the beat of your heart, accompanied by your name or message.

Wherever you may be in the world, a part of you will be in Paris for the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21) between Nov. 29 and Dec. 4, and your virtual tree will blossom around the Eiffel Tower, growing to the rhythm of your heart. Youll be able to watch it live from your app and share it online.

For every virtual tree, there will be a real tree planted in one of our reforestation programs, on all 5 continents across the world.
So your virtual tree will come to life and will have a long-term impact.

Now we need you! Become creators of 1H1T and help us reforest the planet!

Trees can be bought and offered through packs and each participant gets a photo of their virtual tree with their name on the Eiffel Tower, a certificate, and a Google Earth file that highlights where your actual tree was planted and you will have the possibility to follow the reforestation program during 3 years through this application.

Account link
The account link for kickstarter backers does not appear to work. Several were sent to me, but the link only shows a blank page and the account is never linked up. I love the idea behind this project and hope the link is resolved quickly for the trees "planting" next week.
